The Southside School of Professional
Wrestling in Virginia Beach offers training for wrestlers,
managers, referees, and valets. As a student you will be taught
the fundamentals of wrestling. This includes the basic rules of
performing maneuvers, learning the correct way to take bumps,
ring position, timing, and how to build a match and work it
while protecting yourself and your opponents.

Character Development
Over the course of the training, students personalities will
come into play a lot more as they become more comfortable. These
personalities are used to determine what kind of character he or
she will be, Face or Heel. The choice of course is up
to the student. We will simply help guide them through the
process.
